At Vondeeworld Ghana, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

We want you to be completely excited and satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return items in their original condition.

We offer a refund on items up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. Contact us via email VondeeWorld Ghana with (Subject Reference: Return Request) within 24 hours of receiving your item informing us about your intention to return/exchange.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Items not in this condition cannot be returned.

Customers will be responsible for delivery charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 48 hours  from the original date of purchase.

🔁 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The size delivered is different from what you ordered

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal dislike once the correct item has been delivered.

🕒 Return & Exchange Window

  • You must request a return or exchange within 24 hrs of receiving your order

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of approval

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect)

  3. Wait for our team to approve the return and provide instructions

  4. Send the item back via a delivery service of your choice or drop it off (if applicable)

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or to mobile money within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

 

🔁 Exchanges

  • Once we receive the item and approve the exchange, we’ll ship your replacement within 2–5 business days

  • Exchange delivery fees may apply unless the error was on our part

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
